Annual Tuition：
Tuition: ¥110,000 per month x 12 months
= ¥1,320,000 per year
Tuition may be paid either monthly or as a one-time annual payment.
Sibling discounts are available.

〇 About the Yamate International School
The Yamate International School is an international school where children don't just "learn" English, but think, explore, and express themselves in English.
We cherish the "why?" and "I want to try!" feelings of early childhood, developing both English ability and a strong self-expression.
We are currently in the process of applying for a license as an unlicensed childcare facility.
We plan to obtain the license approval from April 2027, and we are proceeding with the necessary environmental improvements and operational preparations to meet the required standards, so you can feel assured in choosing our school.
〇 About the curriculum
In general, daily life and lessons (inquiry-based learning activities) are all conducted in English. Children will always communicate in English with native English-speaking teachers so that they can naturally absorb the language. On the other hand, in situations that concern your child's safety, or when they are unwell or need emotional support, Japanese staff will be there to provide full support in Japanese.
Don't worry. Many children start without being able to speak English. At a young age, children naturally absorb language, so we create a fun and engaging environment where English becomes part of their everyday life.
While learning in an English-speaking environment, we also cultivate curiosity, appreciation, and rich sensibilities by embracing Japanese culture and seasonal traditions. In addition, students can learn reading, writing, and soroban (Japanese abacus) through our after-school program.
This learning approach values children's "why?" and "I want to try!" feelings. Instead of simply being given answers by the teacher, children deepen their learning by thinking for themselves, experimenting, and making discoveries. While fostering their curiosity?questions like "Why does this happen?", "What will happen if I try?", and "I want to know more!"?they naturally develop their thinking and expressive abilities.
It's not difficult at all.
In fact, the younger children are, the more naturally they can engage in "exploration."
At school, children naturally deepen their learning through everyday situations like the following:
- Finding insects: "What's its name?", "Why does it move?", "What does it eat?"
- Playing with water: "Which one sinks?", "How can we make it flow?"
- Building blocks: "How can we make it taller?", "Why did it fall over?"
〇 Education environment and Future career paths
No need to worry about that. We respect each child’s individual pace and provide gentle, patient support.
It's perfectly fine if you don't speak English at home. We provide support to the parents in Japanese and will keep you updated on your child's progress regularly, so please rest assured.
We make active use of nearby parks and the local environment, giving children opportunities to explore, play, and experience the changing seasons throughout the year.
Depending on your child's and your family's preferences, you can choose from a variety of educational paths, including nearby public elementary schools, private elementary schools, and international schools.
Furthermore, we plan to open an elementary school division in 2030 and are continuing to develop an international educational environment.
